About this service
An invitation is the host's document, on which a foreigner applies for a visa. From a company it is issued by a legal entity registered in Ukraine; from a private person it is notarised. The purpose of the trip and the number of entries shape how the text is written.
More in the knowledge base: Type C or type D visa: which Ukrainian visa do you need?Who it is for
- Ukrainian companies inviting a partner, an employee or a volunteer
- Ukrainian citizens and permit holders inviting relatives or friends
- Foreigners whose consulate asks for confirmation from the host
What documents are needed
- Photos of the host's passport, registration and tax number
- Photo of the invited person's passport
- Address of stay in Ukraine
- Approximate dates of entry and departure
What it gives you
- The consulate sees a confirmed host rather than the applicant's word alone
- The text is written for the purpose of the trip and the number of entries needed
- Four items from you; the rest we read off the documents
How we work
Full support. You hand over the documents, we do the rest.
At every stage one lawyer runs your case, reachable at any time.
What it costs
The fee is fixed in the contract before the work starts. Case expenses are paid separately.
Converted from US dollars at the National Bank rate of 07.09.2026, rounded down to the hundred.
- Checking the host: whether they may invite and what that takes
- Drafting the invitation for the purpose of the trip and the number of entries
- Reading the data off your documents instead of long questionnaires
- Support at the notary when a private person is inviting
- Handing over the finished invitation for the visa application
The price is the lawyer's work. State duties, notary, translations and insurance are paid separately: those amounts depend on your case.
For companies: an invoice and a full set of accounting documents.

Frequently asked questions
How does a company invitation differ from a private one?+
A legal entity's invitation must be registered in Ukraine, while a private person's invitation is notarised. Which route fits your case we settle at the consultation.
Does an invitation guarantee a visa?+
No. The invitation is a ground for applying; the decision belongs to the consulate, which weighs the whole file. We prepare the document so that it is not the reason for a refusal.
How long is an invitation valid?+
It depends on the purpose of the trip and on the dates stated in it. That is why we ask for approximate entry and departure dates at the very start.
Who can be the host?+
A company registered in Ukraine, or a private person — a Ukrainian citizen or a permit holder. For a volunteering trip the organisation also has to be in the Social Service's list.
How long does it take?+
About three weeks. The longest part is usually not the drafting but collecting the host's data and getting a notary appointment.
