Who signs the documents?+
The employer signs the application. We prepare everything for signature; the foreigner's personal presence is not needed.
What if the employment center refuses?+
The usual reasons are a salary below the threshold or document errors. We check this before filing, so refusals are rare; if one happens, we fix the cause and refile without extra charge for our work.
Filing deadlines are tight: the permit application is submitted no later than 15 days before the end of your allowed stay. The sooner we start, the calmer we make every deadline.
