A visa lets a foreigner enter Ukraine: a short-stay type C (up to 90 days) or a long-stay type D used to then apply for a residence permit. It is issued by a consulate on an invitation or ground; visa-free nationals need no tourist visa.

You register the MFA online form and submit your passport, photo, biometrics, insurance, proof of funds and the ground for travel.
