Why cancel the permit at all?+
The employer must report the end of the employment. An unclosed permit can raise questions during inspections and when obtaining new permits.
What happens to the employee's residence permit?+
Its ground disappears, so the foreigner has limited time to find a new employer or another ground. We advise both sides on passing this without violations.
Filing deadlines are tight: the permit application is submitted no later than 15 days before the end of your allowed stay. The sooner we start, the calmer we make every deadline.
